Technical sheet
The key data for this wine, from its technical sheet.
Technical SheetThe vine takes its life from the brown-grey, sandy-loam soil. It is not a “generous” land, and that is exactly what interests us: this is where the freshness, texture and discreet saline note of our wines come from.
We do not try to “correct” the place. We try to work with it.
