White
Cuvée Ruxandra 2023 is Crama Darie's benchmark white, awarded Best of Show — the competition's highest distinction — and Double Gold at the Balkans International Wine Competition & Festival 2025, alongside Gold at Zosimo Wine Critic. It bears the signature of the cellar named "Best Producer · Still Wine · Romania" at the Asia Wine Trophy 2025. A selection Chardonnay, crafted lot by lot from hand-harvested grapes and vinified entirely in French and American oak barrels. Fermentation and ageing on fine lees, with regular bâtonnage, bring volume, depth and a silky texture without sacrificing precision. The profile weaves ripe yellow fruit and exotic hints with discreet butter, vanilla and lightly toasted bread; the long finish is carried by bright acidity and a saline touch — a collectible gastronomic white from the Dobrogea terroir at Horia.

Brilliant golden yellow with fine, dense tears — the mark of barrel ageing.
Ripe yellow fruit (peach, apricot) and exotic hints over discreet butter, vanilla, raw hazelnut and lightly toasted bread.
Generous opening, full-bodied. Creamy, unctuous texture with oak seamlessly integrated. Bright acidity supports everything, closing on a saline touch.
An elegant barrel-aged Chardonnay with both volume and precision. A long finish echoing fruit and oak — a benchmark white built for the table.

Crama Darie wines come from our vineyard between Horia and Topalu, close to the Danube. Here, loamy-sandy soils, Dobrogean sun and river breeze help us grow expressive grapes with a real sense of place.
Each bottle carries the patience of a vineyard that honors the Danube's rhythm.
