Străbun Fetească Regală 2025 brings to the fore what this Romanian variety can deliver when harvested at the right moment and crafted with precision. The 2025 grapes come from our Horia vineyard, hand-picked, vinified with a short maceration and gentle pressing; the must then ferments at low temperature in stainless steel, through to complete fermentation. Its natural acidity remains the wine's backbone, lending energy and definition. Aromatically, it opens with citrus, yellow apple, meadow flowers, and a discreet acacia-blossom nuance. Time on fine lees subtly polishes the texture without muting the freshness.
