Hand-harvested grapes are vinified in stainless steel with controlled maceration to extract color and gentle tannins, without pushing the wine into harshness. The aromatic profile is led by cherries, plums, and stewed red fruits, with a subtle touch of chocolate and dried herbs. Full malolactic fermentation and stainless-steel aging lend a velvety feel and smooth glide across the palate. A clean, dry Merlot—straightforward, approachable, and naturally versatile at the table.
