Crama Darie Vin Roze Demisec in BIB is crafted from lightly pressed red grapes, delivering a delicate hue and a fresh red-fruit profile. Cool, stainless-steel fermentation preserves clean, straightforward aromas, while stopping the fermentation at a moderate residual sugar ensures the off-dry style. Light in structure, with friendly acidity and a round, effortless palate, it stays pleasing from the first glass to the last. This is an off-dry rosé designed for relaxed drinking, larger gatherings, and moments when the wine elevates the occasion without taking center stage.

Strugurii pentru Crama Darie Vin Roze Demisec sunt recoltați manual, în lădițe mici, din parcele de struguri roșii, gândite atât pentru roze, cât și pentru vin roșu. După desciorchinare, mustuiala este răcită și trimisă direct la presare ușoară, pentru a obține un must cu culoare delicată și aromă de fruct roșu proaspăt. Mustul este deburmat la rece, apoi transferat în tancuri de inox, unde fermentează la temperatură scăzută, cu drojdii selecționate, pentru a păstra prospețimea. Fermentația este condusă până la un rest de zahăr care susține stilul demisec, fără ca vinul să devină greu. După o perioadă scurtă de repaus pe drojdii fine, vinul este stabilizat, filtrat lejer și îmbuteliat în format Bag-in-Box. Rezultatul este un roze demisec simplu, curat, cu profil fructat și gust prietenos, potrivit pentru consum relaxat și evenimente.
